Internship opportunities for summer 2027 include:
Project Engineer
Work with Project Managers, rotating through different divisions, assisting with project scopes, site surveys, estimates, bids, and other work as needed.

Collaborate with the safety team to learn how to apply and enforce company safety policies, work procedures, and initiatives to promote a safety-first culture.

Superintendent
Learn from the General Superintendent about many aspects of managing day-to-day manpower needs, like planning, recruitment, discipline, and working with apprenticeship schools and unions.

- 2027 internships last from May through August
- Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm
- Interns work on-site in Des Moines, IA
- Ideal applicants are seeking long-term careers in the local area
- Applicants should be actively enrolled in college courses in a related field with a long-term interest in a construction-related career
